Official Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor The "1-Year Supply of Juni Giveaway" (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Juni, located at 382 Northeast 191st St., PMB 85223 Miami, Florida 33179 (the "Sponsor").

2. Eligibility The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years or older as of the start date of the Giveaway. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as Employees are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period The Giveaway begins on December 27, 2024, at 12:01 AM EST and ends on January 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (the "Giveaway Period").

4. How to Enter Participants may enter the Giveaway in one of the following ways:

(a) Place an order for Juni: Each qualifying order placed during the Giveaway Period will count as one (1) entry.

(b) Free Entry: Subscribe to the Sponsor’s newsletter and SMS updates during the Giveaway Period. Enter here

No purchase is necessary to enter. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a one-year supply of Juni, consisting of one (1) 12-pack per month for twelve (12) months. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $500. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions will be made, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

6. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or about January 3rd, 2025. The winner will be notified via email. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within the specified time, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

7. Rights Granted by You By entering this Giveaway, you understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use the winner’s name, likeness, entry, and statements about the Giveaway for promotional purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, notice, or approval.

8. Terms The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such a case, the Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Giveaway and/or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

10. Disputes This Giveaway is governed by the laws of California, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction.

12. Winner List To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Juni, 382 Northeast 191st St., PMB 85223 Miami, Florida 33179. All requests for Prize Winner lists must be mailed and received after the Sweepstakes is over but prior to six (6) months after the Sweepstakes has been concluded.
